We are a Web / TV based production company located in Ottawa Canada. Our team consists of writers, developers, videographers, photographers, extreme athletes and our online personalities; Steve Gardiner & Stephen Smith Founder - Producer and Host of "Chef on the Run". Stephen also produces, directs and edits the majority of the video and photo's as well as develop the web site. John Wilson A.K.A. "Pit Boss" is a partner of Canadian Spotlight who is our Director of Operations, Production Manager and Financial Manager / Producer. Trevor Oberhammer heads up the 3D Graphic design aspect of video production as well he's our in house Graphic Designer, Story board Editor and Visual Director. Doug Smalley is one of our Chief Camera Operators and aa Video Editor. Other members of Canadian Spotlight consist of Bryan Jones contract editor and Alexander Pappas is our Media Liaison, Location Manager, Technical Advisor and Network Consultant.

We promote all things cool and Canadian from Explorers, Talent, Music Icons, Theatrical Performers, Cinematic Artists, Actors, Visual Artists, Television Personalities, Canadian Night life, Restaurants, Canadian Business and Manufactures and anything we feel you the public would enjoy watching or being a part of. Our goal is to take the viewer to an event and behind the scenes for a true "All Access VIP Pass, courtesy of the C-Spot production team".

What is C-Spot TV?

C-Spot TV consists many aspects and things to name a few; We produce High Definition video and film production, conducting; interviews, streaming concert footage, artists in their environment, cooking wicked food and and an industry insider look at what it takes to be a Canadian Icon for starters. From becoming a Star in the recording industry, to becoming the next James Cameron (Director of Titanic and Terminator films) or performing in or behind the scenes in Canadian Theatre. Weaving a fun, provocative and exciting edgy style of interviewing with Canadian Artists, talent, manufactures and you, the public. Our hosts consist of Stephen Smith (Chef on The Run", & Steve Gardiner who brings his years of experience as a Musician forward to present a segment on up and coming artists and their steps to finding themselves signed with a manager or if they are fortunate enough, a record label. We have been following his career and his time in the studio so we can see first hand what it takes to become a recording artist. Steve also has a lot of humor to share with us as we follow him along on some of his zany, fun filled interviews with fellow Canadian artists. Stephen Smith, Founder of Canadian Spotlight, will be featured in a weekly segment cooking his Fusion style creations in “Chef on the Run”. We will also be featuring recipes from Canadian Restaurants as well as producing a segment on the restaurant and it's owner(s). Extreme Sport takes you the viewer into the heart of what makes us Canadian (Sport wise) from extreme skiing, to Extreme summer sports including, downhill and cross country mountain biking, "Psycho Golf", Kite /wake boarding, jumping out of air planes, Hot air ballooning, showing world explorers and much much more.

Our Mission Statement:

Canadian Spotlight is also about promoting Canada including new and up and coming artists in the community. If you are a Musician, Actor, Producer, Writer, Cinematographer, Designer, explorer, adventurer, matelote or you produce or manufacture Canadian product(s), we want to hear from you. We are all about making the possibility a reality and giving Canadians a forum to promote their talents.
