The plane before the Vinyl Wrap. Wayne and his Son Alan along with their cousin has to *detail the plane before applying the wrap (*remove grease and dirt with alcohol).

This is a shot of the first plane that was to have been the challenger. The engine had to be replaced and other technical issues forced a change of plans.

Josh who works for the Pittsburgh Flight School as a mechanic removes some of the gear on the plane. This is to allow the wrap to be properly placed on the plane as well as for Josh to do balances which makes sure every detail is addressed.

Allen applies a "glue" on all the edges to help prevent peeling of the wrap. A lot of attention to detail goes into this project.

Here's Allen again as he removes the Vinyl wrap from the shipping container. He's happy because he can finally get to the business of wrapping the plane after several days of delay's. Check out the video of the plane being wrapped!
